Our cancellation policy allows the customer to cancel their package provided they meet certain conditions. We recommend the customer to read our cancellation policy to make sure they know the cancellation rules.

Although we will never ask you to cancel orders with us as we have a pretty good business reputation when it comes to customer satisfaction, this may not be the case for you.

Sometimes there are also external factors that leave the customer no choice but to cancel the order.

How do I cancel orders on our portal?

The cancellation policy on our portal is simple and you can easily cancel your package online. If this is not possible, you can also call our support number or mail us and cancel the order. Remember that in both cases you must provide a reason for the cancellation.

Once you cancel the order and you meet all the terms of our cancellation policy, you will receive a cancellation invoice from us.

How do we refund our orders and cancellation requests?

First, upon receipt of a cancellation request, we verify that it meets the standards of our cancellation policy. Then we check the volume of the order and call our delivery and logistics team to proceed with the shipment.

Then, in terms of the refund process, we don’t pay any refunds in cash or bills of exchange. We only refund you online directly to your account. Therefore, customers must submit their bank account numbers and all other information so that we can complete the payment.

We are in no way responsible if the bank account information is incorrect or invalid.

In addition, you must wait at least 7 working days from the day you place the cancellation order online on our portal until the moment we process the order.

Furthermore, we are also not responsible if the funds are not credited to your account within 7 business days. Visit your bank and talk to them instead of calling us.

What is non-refundable?

Under no circumstances will we reimburse you for any taxes and duties or other charges imposed by the government in accordance with the tax regulations of your country or state. Please note that you cannot hold us responsible for this either.

When does the cancellation policy apply?

So now that you’ve gone through the important information above, let’s take a look at the conditions or scenarios under which you can cancel your orders and what the conditions are in order to comply with our policies.

Cancellation due to stock unavailability

At this point, your order will be automatically cancelled on our site. This is one of the rare occasions when we will cancel your order if the medication you have ordered is not in our current stock.

On our portal we will try to fulfil your order by partial orders, if this is within our possibilities and the drug is partially available in our warehouse.

Cancellation of the order due to non-receipt of payment

There are times when you do not pay us after placing your order when we need to cancel the order automatically. You will receive a temporary email when you complete your order. After that we will send you an email with your total bill or invoice which will be the final confirmation invoice after we have accepted all your orders.

The customer is expected to visit the online portal and then pay the rewired amount through the different online modes.

But if this does not happen, we will automatically cancel your order after 24 hours.

Cancellation due to late delivery of the order

Sometimes the customer feels that the delivery time is too long and is not satisfied with the delivery time management of our courier and logistics department.

Remember that you can place your cancellation request with us at any time during transport. However, there may be times when your package has already reached your country’s customs office, we may not be able to give you a full refund and deduct charges such as duties.

Cancellation due to incorrect product delivery

Of course, we are responsible if you have received wrong brand medicines or wrong dosage outside of what you ordered.

Don’t forget that once you have received the delivery of your package and found that the wrong product or dose was delivered, you have a maximum of 7 days to contact us and request a cancellation and refund. Requests received after 7 days will not be considered.

If the product has been tampered with in any way you can call us and let us know and request a cancellation and refund provided it happens again within 7 days.
