Return/Refund Policy

All customers who purchase medicines through our portal are encouraged to read the return and refund policy once. This will give you an idea of ​​some of the policies we have set out on our portal. It can also avoid confusion and annoyance for the customer and for us later.

Confirmation of your order

Once you complete the order before the checkout page or process, we will send you an order details confirmation email which includes all the specifications of the drugs and their prices.

After that, you should process the order and make the payment online. After a successful order, you will receive a final confirmation from us with the final order value and the expected delivery time.

If for any reason we are unable to place your order or part order due to a lack of stock, this will be stated on the final confirmation invoice from us. .

Confirmation of your shipment

Once your order has been placed and the payment process is complete, you can track the order on our portal. Now we will send you a confirmation email again when we are ready to ship your product.

It usually may take about 24-48 hours after you place the final order on our portal and the payment is received.

We will send you a packing slip or invoice with the invoice number, shipping details and how to track the shipment during transit. All procedures are mentioned one by one.

We usually ship your package directly to your home or office address. Meanwhile, once your order has been dispatched, please do not change the shipping address as this may result in undelivered packages.

Know the customs

Powpills not only ships its products within the territorial borders of India but also overseas. So if you ordered as a foreign citizen, you must have more time. Because when your package arrives at the airport or port, it is likely to pass through customs, which may cause additional delays.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the customs department as such delays are beyond our control. Normally, after the customs inspection is completed, your package will be sent to the local courier office, from where the local transit procedure will start.

Keep in mind that customs clearance can take a few days to a few weeks, so allow a little extra time for this.

It’s time for you to get the package

Usually, our packages for premises and within areas are delivered within a few days. However, delays may still occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, natural disasters or political disturbances, as well as government unrest or lockdowns.

For international orders, it will take more time for us. We usually do not need more than 2-3 weeks to publish the final order placement on our portal.

However, keep in mind that there will be customs controls that may cause delays. It is the customer’s duty to track their package and shipments and to call us for more information if their package is still not delivered normally after 14 days.

Reship lost orders

We don’t usually face such scenarios, but we cannot predict what will happen tomorrow. We usually will resend all orders or refund our customers money if the package is lost on our side during the transit time.

We will bear all the damage for the customer excluding taxes and duties. But in cases where customers have not received their packages even after 21 days at most for all local and international orders, customer should contact our helpline number.

Usually, we will resend the product to the customer or resend the delivery for free this time. However, such requests must be addressed to our Helpline and Customer Service Manager within a maximum of 8 weeks from the final order.

We will not refund or ship your package if you inform us that you have not received your package after 8 weeks.

Return and Refund Policy

In any case, if the shipped order received by the customer has a broken or tampered with seal, the customer must report this within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

If you issue a refund or a return within 7 days, we will arrange to reship and collect the damaged product after checking everything.

No return and refund orders will be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of the order.
